Set SMART goals to live a healthy lifestyle.  SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time bound.  These are the criteria that make your goals more clear, realistic, and achievable.  You could, instead of saying, ” I want to lose weight”, say, ” I want to lose 10 pounds in 3 months by eating less junk food  and exercising 3 times a week”.  Setting SMART goals can help you stay motivated, and accountable.

2. Intake more whole foods and less processed foods are one of the tips for a healthy lifestyle :
